I'm experiencing an issue where the CHATGPT login page is not loading everything in correctly and it's preventing our internal users from being able to sign in. I checked the network tab under the dev tools for my browser and saw that there were several items that were erroring out with the " 503 service unavailable" error. Could someone please assist me with this?

You need to add the URL "cdn.oaistatic.com/" to the corresponding Allow URL list under URL Category.
Also you need to add the URL "cdn.oaistatic.com" (without "/" ) to the DNS Exceptions in your corresponding Anti-Spyware profile.
In my case Anti-Spyware and URL Filtering are triggered.
This URL is newly used by ChatGPT/OpenAI and blocked by the URL Filter.

Hello,
Check your logs to see if anything is getting blocked. Sometimes when SSL decrypting the traffic can cause this. However a 5xx error from a server usually means its the servers fault.
The HTTP 503 Service Unavailable error means that a website can't be reached at the moment because the server is not ready to handle the request

Thank you for this, I went in and created a new URL category that contains the cdn.oastatic.com. From there the under the URL filter I found my CHATGPT URL category, and I set it to allow. Once made those changes I was able to access CHATGPT without issues.
