You have to create a admin ticket with Palo alto. The support team will resolve this issue from the backend

Hello @vdemo-user22 ,

You will have to open a case by phone.  https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/company/contact-support  Sometimes the wait is long, and sometimes it is not.

Thanks,

Tom

Hi KhaleelE,

Thank you for the reply. Tried to create admin case but https://supportcases.paloaltonetworks.com is also not accessible due to SSO Error.

Please mention an alternate option to reach out to support from palo alto networks.
