How hard is it to get a lab license from a Vendor such as CDW. Last week I went to their website and purchased 'PAN-PA-410-USG-BND-LAB'.
Today I looked and saw it as canceled. Still trying to find out why it was canceled. The cost of $104 which I put on my credit card

Hi @terrylw1964 ,
I would recommend reaching out to CDW to see if they can provide any feedback as to why it was cancelled and getting a refund. As far as getting licenses, the most difficult part is getting into contact with a sales rep. If no luck with CDW, check out Find a Partner.

Hello,
If your company has a support contract for Palo Alto's, contact your sales team for this. They should be able to help out.

Are you renewing an existing LAB 410? Where exactly did you come across the hardware?
I ask because license renewals would generally be handled by CDW properly without any issue if you had already purchased the hardware from them. I'm assuming by the fact that they cancelled your order that this 410 wasn't ordered from them, and that you were just trying to get the license itself?
Things get a little trickier if you bought this device off of ebay as an example or got it from your company.
