LACP port is Flapping

LACP configure between PA and cisco switch 

Active and Active mode and transmission rate: slow

LACP System log::::LACP interface ethernet1/19 moved out of AE-group ae2. Selection state Unselected(Link down)

what could be the reason for Flapping and how we can resolve

What does it show on the Cisco end?  What is the log on the Cisco switch show?

 

I ran into similar problem in the past, both were related to physical media issues (one time is SFP, one time is fiber jumper)
