Hello All - I am not seeing logs in the monitor section, when i generte traffic from Paloalto Firewall itself. For example, when I ping 4.2.2.2 from the Firewall, i am not seeing logs showing for.
Is it a known behavior? or i missing something? is there anyway to capture the logs showing the traffic generated from firewall like SYSLOG, PING, SNMP that are genereated or responded by Firewall?

Hello,
Make sure you policies are set to log at session end. New policies by default do not log :(. Also the default intra and inter zone logs do not log by default either. Just me, but I always put in a DENY ALL policy at the bottom and have it log. This way I see what is going on.
