Hi,

 

I am starting to see this threat id a lot but we are unable to find a machine that is infected.  What does this really mean?

Microsoft has a really good writeup of Conficker HERE. This is a rather old worm, so you can find a lot of information on it through Google and the like. Unit42 made an article about it HERE that talks about what specific actions you can take to prevent it on PA equipment.
