Hi Team,
My customer reported he can't use Zoom application on his Macbook when connect GlobalProtect.
Is this an issue from GlobalProtect or Macbook and is there a way to solve this

Hi,
please make sure that the zone that is associated with the GP have a policy that allows him to to approach zoom.
try to find the traffic in the monitor tab and create the rule based on the traffic.
it is reccomanded that you will do the rule based on the EDL of zoom.
