Hi Team,
Currently working on a PA migration 5060 to 5260. I tried to import the config in to the expedition tool, which is exported from PA-5060 appliance. I found the below error on expedition.
I also tried to import it after converting to zip file, which also throws an error saying that. "invalid XML
Could you please advise or help me convert the config from PA 5060 to PA 5260.
Thank you,
With Regards,
Suresh B

Hello,
Have you tried to just export the config from the old device and import it into the new one without using Expedition? Seems like an easier method.

Personally I think you should do as @OtakarKlier mentioned and simply import the configuration from your PA-5060 directly to your PA-5260 and deal with any validation errors that may pop up; because you are going from a 5060 to 5260, you shouldn't really have anything that doesn't pass validation properly.
You could also simply modify the php.ini settings manually and simply "upgrade" the default file size limit without any issue perfectly fine. I've worked with 50+ MB files without issue customizing the php.ini limit.

Using the config file exported from 5020 and imported to 5220 should not give you any error. As long as you have the vsys license configured correctly and enabled multivsys option on 5220 , this config migration should be easy.
