Since we are moving from Cisco to PA I have hired professional services to assist with the conversion of the config file using their migration tool. How many others have done a migration similar to this? Did you use the tool yourselves? Did you hire an SE to convert your files? How much time did it take? Were there any issues to be aware of? What partner did you use? Do you have any recommnedation?

Hi Infotech,
Normally your reseller should be able to drive you in this migration (with the migration tool, advice, best practice ....). The tool will not do everything but can help.
If your reseller can't, contact your local palo SE and ask for pro services.
Just keep in mind that this migration will change your life ... in the good way 🙂
Hope help
V.

So even if you have a lot of cisco experience its better to go with professional services than to try to migrate on your own?
