Hello,
I found how to add a new administrator. But I want this new administrator to get only read access on everything and write access on a miner - in order to add indicators (IPv4 and URL) on it.
Do you know if it is possible ? and how ?

not today. Just to double check, the use case is using MineMeld to manage static list of indicators (URLs, IPs, ...) and then provide the limited edit permissions only to specific users in your org ?

Yes.
Network team configure firewall and minemeld.
Security team have only access to minemeld to manage IP/URL list to generate a blacklist for the firewalls.
