MLAV cloud error, all machine Learning engines stopped

L2 Linker

Received this high-alert message on a PA5220 (10.0.8-h4) this morning, "MLAV cloud error, all machine Learning engines stopped". Has anyone else received this message before? If so, what steps should I take to troubleshoot and resolve the message? Thank you.

Just a follow up -- Support said to run the following from cli

"debug software restart process device-server"

Which I did as we have a lab box with the same issue. This did stop the emails, however the command 'show mlav cloud-status' now produces an error

'Server error : device busy or unavailable'

Not impact that I can see but it's not exactly solved. Passing this back to support they said they 'will check internally'

Lastly theres' another thread (or more) that is gaining traction if you wish to read that too at (It is a new thread with a more accurate title) https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/general-topics/system-alert-medium-mlav-unknown-error/td-p/5931...

G'luck folks.
