Hi Everyone,
How can we view the exact url (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7o3Pjhs1qxM) of Youtube videos that are viewed by users. We implemented SSL decryption on Youtube site and it shows that it is "Decrypted" but monitoring logs doesn't show any or the exact URL of Youtube video played.
Thanks...

Hi @nredaj,
the problem "no internet access" from windows perspective is related to this url:
http://www.msftconnecttest.com
If a windows client is unable to contact this website, the machine assumes to be offline.
You can change this behavior as described here:

Best Regards

Within the URL Filtering settings you have applied to the rule allowing the traffic, do you have the action for streaming-media set to at least 'alert' or do you have it simply set to 'allow'?

Hi @BPry ,
I created a Custom URL "Youtube" then I created a Security Rule to allow Youtube. For the Decryption, I created Decrypt Rule and added "Youtube" to URL Category.
Another concern also, after installing the Palo Alto Certificate to Windows machine, LAN icon shows No Internet Access but it actually has internet connection.
I greatly ppreciate your help on this...
