Hi,
from the above output the second hope is the pa firewall , the loss is 98.2% , What does it mean ,
I dont have traffic shaping in firewall

since all your next hops have 0 loss, this means the firewall is passing along trafic as expected
this probably means you may not have enabled a management profile on the interface that is set to reply to ping, or you have a zone protection profile that is set to protect the interface from repeated queries
