hey team one of my customers has an issue with the firewall that the users are not able to upload files on google drive after adding allow the URL and application type in the security rule we added google base google drive docs to google uploading. another application is wetransfer uploading file properly and there is a log also in data filtering i check so team help me what should i do know what to check

What error does the user get?
Are you doing anything with decryption?
What do your traffic logs and threat logs show during the time frame of uploading the files?
Have you attempted to create a rule (at position 1) to allow that single IP to the internet with any, any, to confirm that the FW is causing the the issue? Once you get the upload to work fine, then you can start to apply security restrictions to see what breaks.
At the current time, there is not enough info to troubleshoot this properly.

Logs are going to be your friend here and everything @S.Cantwell already pointed out is a logical troubleshooting layout when coming across issues like this. Without providing any sort of additional detail or actual information around what you are seeing in your firewall logs you haven't given anyone enough information to really help you.
