Hello Tigran,
In order to successfully log into root, you have to generate a challenge code from PAN firewall ( it's like a one time password OTP). With the help of that challenge, a response generator will generate a code and then you will be able to log into the root successfully.So, for a customer, it would not be possible to generate that response code.

to be honest i don't know what is password OTP and let's imagen i have that key to generate and i generated the key, what would happen?

Hi,
we don't need to imagine that.
root Access is limited to Paloalto support.
There is no need for a customer to switch to root.
This is even not needed in most of the Support Cases.
If you still believe that you need root ,
please contact your Paloalto Sales Engineer.
