PA 3050 web Gui access

PA 3050 web Gui access

L1 Bithead

I am working with PA-3050. I can log in using ssh, but i can not login via web Gui.

http/https service are enable though.

Can someone share some thoughts on how to proceed?

@FIDELE,

So first and foremost, is this a new installation that you are just working on now or did GUI access just stop working for you? The first thing that I would look at once you know the HTTPS service is enabled, is that you aren't seeing this traffic on the firewall and dropping it. If your management network communication flows through the firewall, or if you aren't using the dedicated management interface at all anyways, it's possible your dropping the traffic. 

 

If this simply stopped working and you used to be able to access it previously and you aren't seeing the traffic drop on the firewall, then I would simply restart the management from the CLI. debug software restart process management-server
