Hi
We have 4 PA-450 that are new out of the box and we need to upgrade the software on them to a newer realease. When i login to the support portal and look under Updates i dont find anything related to PA-450 under the content type to select from?
If there a way to get a copy of a specific release and upload it to the devices? The Firewalls in question are air-gapped so we cant connect them to the internet.
Thanks
A

Hello,
Register the devices serial numbers to your portal. They should show up after that.

Hi @AdamGB ,
Once you register the device per @OtakarKlier 's advice, you should also add the auth codes from the PANW email to the devices in the Customer Support Portal (CSP). Once you do that, you do not have to download the new software manually. Under Device > Licenses, click Retrieve license keys from license server. Then under Device > Software, click on Check Now and download and install directly on your NGFW. Please remember you have to upgrade one major version at a time. https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/pan-os/10-2/pan-os-upgrade/upgrade-pan-os/upgrade-the-firewall-pan...

Hi
Thanks very much for the replies, my question is does it have to have a current software licence for the PA-450 Software updates to show up within the PA customer Portal? When i regiestered the device yesturday it turns out the software licence had expired.
Also can someone please let me know if you can apply offline updates to these devices? The firewalls in question are on an air-gap network and cant connect to the internet?
Thanks
Adam
