PA-500 Auto Reboot

Good Morning Everyone

Can anyone shed some light on why my PA-500 will auto-reboot after the following incident logged on the system log

"description contains 'infra-group: restarts exhausted, rebooting system"

We running the latest 4.1 OS

How can we prevent this from happening again?

Please open a case with our Support so this can be looked at.  We will most likely need the tech-support file to diagnose the issue.


Was there a resolution to this case?  At DFW Airport, we experienced the same situation last Sunday.  The system shutdown and restarted....  all Internet was down for 20 minuties while this occured.  Also, happened right before a big storm came through.. impacted operations' ability to send alert emails.
