PA3020 no interfaces are found

L6 Presenter

Hi All,

Weird one! HA pair 3020. The initial issue was that the action was not able to sync to passive. Attempted to restart the mgmt server, no changes.  Attempted to restart the dataplane, received GUI error saying you can only restart the box manually. Manual restart didn't make any difference.  Show interfaces all shows no interfaces on the device:

RMA?

Thx,

Heys,

This was something to do with content update crash. Commit force was giving the following error:

So after the reboot device was not able to complete auto commit. 710 was the app&threat release.  TAC did try multiple options in order to recover the device, but with no avail. The decision was made to factory reset the unit and that did a trick.

Thx,

Myky

Hello @reaper

Yeah, with TAC now (00696825).

I am not even able to commit any changes or use commit force command.
