PA820 Upgrade Path

Hello,

I was wondering what is the best path to upgrade from PAN-OS 9.1.15-h1 which I have read will be EOS-EOL 12-31-2023 to PAN-OS 10.2.4-h3

It is recommended to backup the config and install the latest dynamic updates before upgrading.

here is the official guide from documentation page: Determine the Upgrade Path to PAN-OS 10.2

As of today, the path would be: 

Download and install 9.1.16 -> Download 10.0.0, then download and install 10.0.12 -> Download 10.1.0, then download and install 10.1.10-h1 -> Download 10.2.0, then download and install 10.2.4-h3.

Note: PAN-OS 10.2.5 will likely be released in next week. In this version there are many awaited fixes.
