I am trying to get a new Palo Alto PA-3410 registered and get the Auth Codes Setup.

The serial number is 024101010270

Hello @David_Patterson ,

You need to create a support account, register the NGFW, and activate the auth codes.  Please see the step-by-step instructions below.  Once complete, you can retrieve the licenses on the NGFW.
