I'm trying to download the PAN-OS 3020 software from the support portal but cant find in the list and Panorama M-100 as well . Please anyone help why it so ?

What PAN-OS version are you trying to download? The last supported PAN-OS for the PA-3020 is 9.1 -> https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/services/support/end-of-life-announcements/hardware-end-of-life-dat....
If 9.1 is not listed that usually means that you do not have an active support contract for the PA-3020. If you do have an active contract, then please open a support case.

Are the devices serial numbers registered to your portal? If not they wont show up.
