PAN-OS 10.0.x recommended version for PA-850 device

I would like to know what's a recommended version for PA - 850?  is it 10.0.4?

If you need to run PAN-OS 10 then I would run 10.0.4. Just keep in mind that PAN-OS 10 really isn't recommended for production use unless you actually need the new features available with 10.

I am currently working with PAN-OS 10.0.0. it's stable. I was looking into an upgrade plan from 10.0.0 to the recommended version (10.0.4). can you share any link that I can use to plan the upgrade?

There's no planning you really need to do as far as upgrade path or anything like that is concerned. You can upgrade directly to 10.0.4 from 10.0.0.
