Previously I will go below link to find any latest training video update in this link but my team and me also cannot login to below link anymore. This website is already not available or not available for partner anymore ?

I am member of partner and I can access to it.

This portal is not recognize my account no one in my team can access. May I know I should reach out to who for this issue ? I try to use the below open unlock account but I can`t receive the email for verify my account.

Hmm...for me, sequence is as below
1. make successful login to CSP and/or LiveCommunity
2. open new tab on my Chrome and access to top page of panopto
3. select Partner on next page
4. browser automatically redirect to somewhere, auth in background (I believe processing SAML), and afterward top page is displayed.
I don't see anything like your page.
Even I'm not sure this is correct way, how about open a admin ticket?
