You should just ignore this message. It will be suppressed in the 4.0 version of Panorama. On a linux system, everytime it reboots it mounts the HD. And after X disk mounts, Linux usually runs FSCK which effectively runs e2fs to check the disk. When Panorama boots, it does multiple mounts to check for local disk space or NFS mounted disk space and a few other tests. During this sequence we exceed the X number of mounts and the warning is telling you to run FSCK to be safe and keep the data in good condition. Panorama does run FSCK but we do not count some of the mount tests as valid mounts. I hope this helps.
