we need to apply qos on citrix users coming from the internet.
should i apply qos on lan egress?
which application i should use for citrix?
OR should i apply qos on public ip of citrix ?

Hello,
The QoS policies are applied to the outbound interface of the traffic. i.e. if internet is port 1 and internal is port 2 then it would be applied to port 2.

As for the applications, check out https://applipedia.paloaltonetworks.com/ and put in citrix as a search filter.

In addtion to what @OtakarKlier mentioned, you should make sure that the traffic is actually being identified as any of the Citrix applications. If you build the QoS policy around an application you'll need to ensure that the specified application is actually being identified as you expect it to be.
