@LAYER_8 , it is one of the Internal tool to help analyse the logs.

@SubaMuthuram, the Auto Assistance tool is for ASC (Authorized Support Centers). There is no digital/Beacon training on it. If your company is interested in becoming ASC, then contact PANW and they should be able to assist.

I am already working as TAC Engineer in an ASC. I am using Auto Assistance already l. Just want to know to explore deeply for a proper troubleshooting.
