Reduced bandwidth after 7.1.2 upgrade

After the upgrade to 7.1.2, I've notice that my bandwidth has reduced by 80% over a Metro E Gig connect. Any one else seen this problem or has a resolution for it?

If it is a PA-3k this is a known issue. All PAN-OS 7.1.X releases affected for this version of Palo

people been reporting their cores being pegged 100% cpu, so looks like you have that issue too. CPU cant process the dataplane and your bandwidth suffers most likely.

 

I am holding off on upgrading to 7.1.x sadly due to this issue and couple others =\
