https://mail.yahoo.com (web based email) and https://web.tresorit.com (online storage and backup) are both blocked via url category filter as per screen shot. But... I am only getting the response page for mail.yahoo.com.
web.tresorit.com just gets page cannot be displayed.
the policy is working as expected but i need the response page for the user to request re-evaluation.
I may have missed something obviuos so any suggestions please.

Looks like web.tresorit.com is an immediate redirect which I've seen some issues for in regards to response pages actually generating correctly. Unfortunately I never actually had a requirement to ensure the response pages were generated, so I don't really know what a fix for it would be.

well for me thats good news, I will log a call with our support peeps but I'm so glad I wasn't missing something obvious.
