Have an issues to where no matter what browser I use GUI will never load. Is there a service I can restart via GUI to restart

Following command can be used on pan-os less then 7.0 to restart process you can restart management server/web-server
debug software restart ?
From PAN-OS 7.0 onwards that command is changed to
debug software restart process ?
Try in different browser. Which firewall PA500/PA200?
