I have to change the Log forwarding in all my rules.
is there a way to do this one more than one rule at a time? Id like to do it all at once.
Im on panorama 8.0.3-h4.

There isn't a way to do this "on-box", at least as of today.
Some off-box options for multi-rule editing are:
GUI: Firewall Migration Tool (https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/Migration-Tool/ct-p/migration_tool)
CLI: pan-configurator (https://github.com/cpainchaud/pan-configurator)
There are other options involving the API, CLI, and other tools, but the two above are probably the most "accessible".
