Hi Team,
I got 5 devices which are experiencing Shared Pool Memory Allocation failure at the same time displaying by a SIEM. So , I already shared the potential cause of the issue as you can see below :
The sslmgr daemon attempted to perform an action (certificate validation) before completing its initialization.
This typically occurs when:
The dataplane is starting up.
There is a delay in loading the OCSP/CRL database.
The shared pool is full, and the process cannot reserve memory to initialize SSL modules.
This behavior is entirely consistent with shared pool saturation as described in the official guide
How to mitigate shared memory pool allocation failures - Knowledge Base - Palo Alto Networks
However, I would like to know if you have any recommendation about a workaround or daemon that can help me out to provide RCA .
Any kind of help would be highly cherished.
Best Regards,

I proceeded with the troubleshooting , but it is not clear because I checked devsrvr, pan_comm , system logs ,etc. Unfortunately, any of these daemons guided me to the potential RCA the only error now is "2026/03/19 11:16:10 medium url-filtering url-cloud-connectio 0 Failed to open connection with the cloud after 4410 consecutive tries." Some articles mentioned that it can cause "Shared Pool Memory Allocation failure" , however, I am not quite sure about it due to the fact that there is no official documentation .
