Trying to ssh the active device from passive using HA1 IP address
mparmar2@Lab-EOCDC-NGFW-1(passive)> ssh port 28 host 1.1.1.11

tried the login pw do not work.

You can't SSH into or from the HA ports, they aren't management ports.
If you cannot access your Active device from its management interface, you will need to log in via serial console. There is no "side" login method through the HA links.

Try the management port IP address and tcp port 22.

The HA ports should be L2 ports. You shouldn't have other hosts on them that would be "SSHing" to them.

System should not prompt for pw when u try to ssh to HA! port.
