still send failed PA-...hr-interval in system log after disabled telemetry

L2 Linker

still send failed PA-...hr-interval after disabled telemetry, it look like a bug

how to delete and clear these telemetry files ?

yesterday I clear app usage uuid and clear traffic log

but after one day today it had already reached 70% log alarm.

I am a Palo Alto user setup Palo Alto Firewall from new and clean Palo Alto from the beginning. Advanced threat, Wildfire, advanced URL and advanced DNS are my licenses.

could you provide some more details about what you are seeing ?

imho alarm at 70% log is not a good setting as depending on your device and traffic load you may reach 70% pretty quickly and since there is no log 'cleanup' until about 85% you will get stuck with an alarm for ever

Hello @MavioLee

you might be hitting below bug addressed in PAN-OS 10.1.9:

PAN-207390
Fixed an issue where, even after disabling Telemetry, Telemetry system logs were still generated.

Kind Regards

Pavel
