I've just started working with a PA-500.
I miss the ability to block Syncplicity.
Do I missing something? Or is it not supported?

In the meantime, even if the application doesn't exist, you can use URL filtering to forbid URL like *.syncplicity.com .

What about create a custom app that use "web-browsing" as parent and *.syncplicity.com as HTTP-HOST?

That one is daoble too, a bit more advanced, may be hard for newcomers but there are some tutorials on this portal.
