Tags for Managed Devices vs. Object Tags

L1 Bithead

I know how to create and manage Object Tags; under Device Group > Objects > Tags.  What I can't seem to find is how to manage the tags that get applied to the managed devices under Panorama > Managed Devices > Summary.

I know I'm probably missing something obvious, but a point in the right direction would be helpful.

Hello @jwill2

thanks for post!

Here is an explanation video for Tags under Managed Devices > Summary: Video Tutorial: How to configure Device Tags on Panorama. These tags are used in Panorama for quick selection of target firewalls before pushing configuration. For example you can assign Tags based on location or device function, then make a bulk selection to push configuration to only devices with specific tag.

Kind Regards
