The machine on which Cortex XDR agent is installed is not showing the Windows key (Start Menu) option.

Not really providing a lot of info here. Have you tried restarting the machine after the start menu disappeared? Have you replicated this on another machine?

 

Kind of seems like you're making a correlation that likely isn't true. Can't think of any reason that installing Cortex would affect a critical explorer asset like the start button.
