The PA-460 firewall is inaccessible due to severe latency

Hi Friends,

 

1) The PA-460 GUI takes a very long time to load, often more than 20 minutes, and sometimes the firewall becomes inaccessible due to severe latency
2) We reviewed the software running status and restarted the management server process from the CLI, but the issue persists.
3) As a next step, we restarted the web-backend and web-server processes but that did not help so we perform hard reboot of the firewall, but no luck
4) I have checked current load averages which were 6.47, 7.53, 7.27, in system resource logs
5) In the CPU Usage logrcvr daemon is consuming around 57.9% CPU, devicetele+ (device telemetry) is using about 52.6% CPU and pan_task processes are also consuming 10–21% CPU each.
6) Kindly help us to mitigate the issue
7) Currently Installed PANOS:- 10.2.13-h7
