Threat Prevention Throughput

L2 Linker

Hi,

Just want to know if there is a way to see how much threat prevention throughput is consuming? The command I use to check for the current throughput is show systems statistics sessions but I believe this is for the firewall throughput. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks,

MBS

Hi...You are correct on the 'show system statistics' and its output is displaying the total throughput handled by the PA device.  There is no throughput measurement for threat alone.

You can use CLI command 'show running resource-monitor' to0 check the CPU loads.  Under high load, the CPUs will increase and may affect traffic's response time.

Thanks.

Hello,

in addition to "show running resource-monitor" command, is it possible somehow to distinguish cores by Mgmt and Data plane?

Thanks,

Pedja

The CPU stats are discussed in this post:

Thanks.
