Hello,
We need some assistance in allowing URL: https://frontapp.com through our FW. It is hitting the interzone-default policy and getting blocked. We made sure the category: computer-and-internet-info is allowed. Also, tried adding *.frontapp.com in the Allow list of URL filtering profile and added the application 'front' from the application list in the Policy that the traffic should hit.
The policy is set as below:
Kindly advise what other steps can we take.

firstly: is a user associated with the log?
secondly: the front app requires ssl, web-browsing and websocket, are all 4 applications included in your application groups ?
