I want to create a case, but tits mentioned upload a TSF file and its mandatory.
the problem is I cant even log into the device to get a TSF file ( thats why I am creating a case for them). Any solutions ?

You can try calling in a TAC case. Or post what Issue(s) you are facing here and we might be able to provide guidance.

tried calling them, IVR disconnected by telling me open a ticket, wont even letme through,
the issue - ita a panorama device, online in vsphere can ping it, but when I try to login into it with my creds, it throws me to " login expired" page everytime, tried clearing cache,cookies,data from browser, tried different browsers, rebooted VM, issue is still the same.

Unless you find an account that works, I'm afraid you wont be able to log in. My guess is that the following setting is the culprit.
Since there are no password recovery options, a factory reset would need to be performed. However please try any and all accounts including asking other administrators to try to log in.

I am using admin creds to loginto it, factory reset is not an option as I will loose all the data and its not something my seniors will allow me.

They cant, the only creds we have is specifc users one (tried same error) and admin (tried same error)

If no one can log in, then a factory reset is the only way. There is no password recovery option.
