Typo'd a serial number and unable to remove from account

L0 Member

I have never touched a firewall until today. I added my serial number to our account and put a 6 instead of a 5 for one of the numbers. It took the devices serial number and that device is now in our account. I added the second, correct one to our account. Can I remove this on  my own or do I need to contact PaloAlto. I would have opened a TAC case for this but whenever I click the support pop out on in the menu i get "We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help."

Any help on either of these issues is much appreciated

Hi @M.Warren691832 ,

You can click on the specific asset you have typo'd. Once you have it checked off, click on Account Actions -> Decommission Asset.
