Just registered a new pa 220. unfortunatly the wrong device name was entered. Going back it doesn't seem to let me change it. THe form opens up, i make my change and hit submit. nothing happens

I've seen that before but on a 5020. The way I got it to work was to activate the licenses first and then I clicked on the serial # and added the name. It took then. Good luck.

i got the same issue, wanna change asset name in paloalto portal but there is no "save" button, though i can edit the asset. hmm.
