So I submitted my request to get my Palo-Alto 30 Day trial license.
I Got Approved & received an email from them with a download link. Now Once I try to download the VM I get the following error:
An error occurred while processing your request.

Please go to support.paloaltonetworks.com and before you enter your email (even if you don't have an account), click the blue get help to open a case with our customer success team who will resolve this for you.
I have the same issue. I requested a VM-series demo back in september and was never able to download it.
I don't see any "blue get help" button on support.paloaltonetworks.com. The only option I have is to login to a valid customer support account.
