Hello
I'm preparing to migrate from 7.1 to 8.0 PANOS platform.
I have 8.0.0 downloaded and 8.0.5. I see that 8.0.6 is available for download so I tryed to do that
Unfortunetelly with error:
Update Server : updates.paloaltonetworks.com
with or without Verify Update Server Identity enabled
What's going on ? how to fix it?
Regards

can you try running the "check now" again (just in case somethiung went wrong with receiving the pointer for the download) and then retry the download?

Hi @_slv_
are you already 'on' 8.0 or are you still on 7.1 ?
have you verified if there's still enough free space available in /opt/panrepo ?
you may beed to delete older images to make room for this version to download succesfully
there could have also been an issue while downloading causing the imge to become invalid (a bit got lost somewhere and now the image no longer matches the MD5, for example)
make sure there's enough free space and try downloading again

Hi @reaper
I'm on 7.1.11 and of course I deleted every unused old image. I have a lot of free space

🙂 - That's the point!
It's seems that after changing source of updates "check now" is nessesary.
From this source I sucessfully downloaded 8.0.6
