So the actual report is saying at the top 2020/04/17 - 2020/04/23, or is it simply only given you the data from those dates if you look at the report details? I have to image that it simply just isn't containing the full length of data that you are expecting?
If it is the data issue, there are a number of things that could be causing that; everything from how the report is actually being built (IE: what columns you have selected) to how you are sorting and grouping, and how much data is actually on the firewall or panorama to actually pull logs from. More than likely, you are simply running report limitations and a single report simply can't give you the full results you were looking for under current limitations of the platform.
Might want to share how you actually have the report built out so we know exactly what you are trying to run. Simply telling us the query doesn't give us much to go off of.

We are trying to export the logs via FTP server, we faing 530 login or password incorrect error.
ftp export log traffic start-time equal 2012/07/26@20:59:00 end-time equal 2012/07/27@21:05:00 to anonymous:my_myco.com@192.168.2.1

we created new ftp server user name and password but again the issue same
