Hi ,
We are using PA-2050 with PAN os 3.1.3. Application command center does not show the statistics on the page after a Manual restart.In the home page it shows insufficiant data.I have cleared the log for ACC ,still no change.

This will require some debugging to determine why you are seeing that but normally this will occur if we are not seeing enough data to determine the application. Are you sure the palo alto device is seeing the entire conversation?
