Unknown user after install and configure UI Agen

Dear All,

     My PAN is 500 with 4.1.6 OS. I just migrate PAN agent to UI agent with version 4.1.6-5.  After installation and configuration, I check the user-mapping the result show as following;

> show user ip-user-mapping all

    Every user is Unknown and Idle Timeout/Max Timeout is small.  Help me!!!

Hi Chowalit,

On server,

1) Check if the UID agent service is well started.

2) do you see the ip user mapping list being populated in UID agent?(security logs reading)

On PAN device

2) what's the connection status with agent?

#show user user-id-agent statistics

#show user user-id-agent state all
