How about? I hope to have your support.
I have a PA-500 and I want to unblock a website. The website is in the category as personal-sites-and-blogs. First I made a Custom URL Category group, that's where I wrote the URL. URL Filtering put in that category as permitted. Then I do a commit, but the website still appears as blocked me.
How I can solve that problem with the website I want to allow?
Thank you very much :smileylaugh:

Here is (most likely) your problem:
*.contadormx.com != contadormx.com
Compare:
http://www.contadormx.com vs http://contadormx.com
I hope this will fix it for you:
add both *.contadormx.com AND contadormx.com to your custom url-category and it should work.

When you look at the log entry which blocks the URL, make sure the URL matches the one you used in the custom category. Say, the url shows up as abc.xyz.com in the log and you have *.com in the custom category, this will never work. You need to include *.xyz.com.

I'm probably doing something wrong. I followed your suggestion and I still blocks the page.
I appreciate your support and valuable time for response.
