Upgrade from 10.2.10-h9 to 11.1.13-h7, what's happen with 11.0.0 version?

L4 Transporter

Hello,
I'm planning to upgrade my Palo Alto FW appliance from 10.2.10-h9 to 11.1.13-h7, preferably. Do I need to download 11.0.0 and install a version of that, or can I go directly to 11.1.13-h7 using 11.1.0, which I've already downloaded?

Can anybody helps me with upgrade planning?

Thanks a lot

Hi @Alpalo ,

PAN-OS 11.0 is end-of-life since November 17, 2024.

If you are already running a PAN-OS 10.2 release, you can use the Skip Software Version feature to directly upgrade your device up to PAN-OS 11.1 and later releases

Kind regards,
